I bought Act 2 yesterday! For those who don't know, Act 2 is the newest album by the band "The Protomen", and serves as a prequel to their first album, which was self titled, but I guess it's not referred to as Act 1. They're rock operas based on Mega Man. Act 1 was about the two brothers, Mega and Proto, while Act 2 is about the relationship between Wily and Light, and how Wily managed to take over the whole city.

It was awesome. I'd recommend you check it out. :D
